This website is operated by Well Building LLC (“Well Building”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use it and what we do with it.

• Orders: your email address and optional order note at checkout; on the secure payment page, your name, shipping address, phone number and payment details. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up.
• Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested), kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We only use cookies and browser storage that the shop needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

• wb_cart (cookie, 30 days): remembers the items in your cart.
• wb_checkout (cookie, 24 hours): lets only your browser view your order confirmation.
• Recently viewed products and a dismissed announcement (browser local storage): kept on your device only; clear them anytime in your browser settings.

• To process, ship and support your orders, including order confirmation and shipping emails.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only with providers that help us run the shop, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe: payment processing and order records.
• Resend: sending order emails, replies and the newsletter.
• Our hosting provider: running the website.
• Shipping carriers: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and other information only as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected for. Proposed: contact messages are deleted after 24 months.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them. Contact us to make a request. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
